Bottaro Memorials is a multi-generation small family business that has been around since 1948. Started by Bruno Bottaro, the business was handed down to his son, John Bottaro, and grandson, John Bottaro, Jr. The skills and techniques used are such that you can only get through a craft that has been handed down from generation to generation.
John Bottaro, Jr. started learning the family business when he was 9 years old and started lettering monuments at the age of 12. He has been honing his skills ever since. He takes pride in the work he does and as customer satisfaction is very important to him will be honest with you about product quality and pricing. John is also one of a small group of engravers in the area who is able to hand cut letters, a skill which is difficult and time consuming. Both his engraving work, and his hand cut lettering can be found in and out of cemeteries throughout the area. |
When you contact our company, John will meet with you to discuss what you want and do his best to present to you a work order that meets your vision. During this time he will show you books with layouts, pictures, and options of what you are looking for. He will work with you to make your idea a reality in a price you can afford.
